We focus more on the solution design. How can we transform requirements into user flows, how can we build a strong design pattern using MVC and how can we establish a performant user data flow. We focused on the UI/UX and which libraries would be needed to implement the design and features. The better the conceptual work is done here, the easier and more predictable the next steps will be.

We implemented the website feature by feature based on the previously defined architecture MVC. Especially important was the focus on responsiveness and low loading times, as a lot of data should be displayed. To ensure reusability and sustainability, we used reusable components and a strong database design.

The features were accepted through testing by our QA team upon completion. We ensured the quality of the overall solution in terms of functionality, security and performance using a full E2E test.

A CI/CD process was used to publish the website to the server.
Websites/backends should always be staged to ensure that only working code is pushed to servers. We have gone through quality control to ensure that our website meets our 360° Software Development promise.
